BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility
All participants must be at least 18 years of age to book or participate in any services provided by Isabela Cojocaru P.F.A., operating under the brand Neten Center (Romania CUI 50765743, official business address: Oituz 90, Constanța, Romania).
2. Scope of Services
These Booking Conditions apply to all services offered by Neten Center, including coaching, digital courses, workshops, educational resources, and retreats. Bookings are accepted only upon written confirmation from Neten Center.
3. Deposits and Payment

Bookings made more than 30 days in advance require a 50% deposit. Bookings made less than 30 days in advance require full payment at the time of booking.

The remaining balance (if any) must be paid no later than 30 days before the service start date.

Payments are accepted only via Stripe in EURO. Bank transfers may be accepted by prior written agreement.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as explicitly stated herein.
4. Refunds and Cancellations

Neten Center reserves the right to cancel or modify any service due to force majeure, safety concerns, or breaches of this Agreement. In such cases, payments (excluding non-refundable deposits) may be credited toward a future program at Neten Center’s discretion.

All payments are non-refundable. Written cancellation notice is required via email to contact@netenbiri.com.

Online Sessions: Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Missed or late cancellations are subject to full session cost charges.
5. Unused Services
No refund, credit, or compensation is provided for partially used or missed services, early departure, or failure to attend due to illness, travel, or personal reasons.
6. Health and Medical Conditions
Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions at booking. Neten Center is not responsible for providing medical care. Participants are responsible for their own health, medical care, and travel insurance. Neten Center may deny participation at its discretion if a participant’s condition poses a risk to themselves or others.
7. Denial or Termination of Participation
Neten Center reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation for behavior deemed unsafe, illegal, or disruptive. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
8. Liability and Responsibility

Neten Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Participants are responsible for their own travel, visas, and associated costs, including airfare and insurance.

Neten Center is not liable for third-party service failures (e.g., hotels, transport providers) or any injures occuring during your travel or stay.
9. Complaints and Claims
All claims must be submitted in writing via email to contact@netenbiri.com within 30 days after service completion, with supporting documentation. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Booking Conditions are governed by Romanian law, with Portuguese law referenced where applicable for services provided in Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Romanian courts, unless mandatory law in Portugal applies.
11. Retainer subscription
a. The service

Subscription starting with base one (1) up to six (6) sessions per billing cycle (one month).

Session Duration: 60 minutes

Delivery: Sessions will be conducted via Google Meet
b. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Subscription Model: By signing up, you authorize a recurring monthly charge to your provided payment method.

Billing Date: Your card will be charged on the same day each month (the anniversary of your sign-up).

Failed Payments: Access to scheduling will be paused if a payment fails until the balance is cleared.
c. Scheduling & "Use It or Lose It" Policy

Sessions must be used within the billing month.

Expiration: Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month.

Booking: It is the Client’s responsibility to book their session. We recommend booking at least 2 days in advance to ensure availability.
d. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the session for that month is considered forfeited.

No-Shows: If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be cancelled and counted as used.
e. Termination of Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe or by emailing contact@netenbiri.com

Notice: Please cancel at least 3 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

Refunds: All payments are non-refundable.
f. Limitation of Liability

The services provided are for consulting/coaching. Results are not guaranteed. Cojocaru Isabela PFA / Neten Center is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the sessions.
12. Consent
By booking a service with Neten Center, participants consent to these terms and agree to comply fully with the provisions herein.
