8. Licensing & Legal Compliance

• All services comply with relevant Romanian / Portuguese laws as applicable.

• Services are only offered in jurisdictions where legally permitted.

• Courses, workshops, and group programs adhere to distance learning and online education regulations.

 

9. Participant Responsibilities & Compliance

• Participants are expected to follow the Code of Conduct during all services.

• In-person and online sessions must be attended respectfully, without disruptive or harmful behavior.

• Violation of this Code may result in termination from the program without refund.
