We are going to Bali, the ‘land of the Gods.’ It’s home to an ancient culture that's known for its warm hospitality as well as exotic temples and palaces set against stunning natural backdrops. We will explore not just our hearts but also the island. From body movement classes, meditations, insightful workshops, tools to take with you home, and therapy sessions to sacred temples, fun activities, tours, incredible food and so much more. Throughout the retreat, we will be accompanied by our private guide and led through some of the more hidden, unforgettable experiences and sacred places in and around Bali. And if you’re a surfer, Bali is also world-renowned for its surfing spots.

We will be staying at the awe-inspiring Villa MARANG offering a bespoke stay in one of Bali’s most sought-after neighborhoods, Canggu.
