All participants must be 18 years of age or older to participate in or receive any of the services provided by Neten SRL.
Deposits and Payments
Generally, all bookings are made with Neten through the website, but we also work with third-party booking services (which have their own rules and regulations).
Please note that bookings are not accepted until WE confirm your reservation in writing.
For bookings made more than 30 days in advance of the advertised start date, a 50% deposit will be required. For bookings made less than 30 days prior to the start date, payment of the full price, less any applicable discounts, is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start date.
Refunds and Cancellations
It is Neten's sole discretion to cancel any service at any time if any unexpected circumstances arise or if the safety of Neten or her representatives may be threatened, or when the representations, warranties, terms, or conditions of this Agreement have been violated. In the event of cancellation, Neten and her representatives must inform all participants immediately. For reasons outside our control, cancellations may occur. These reasons can be illness, natural disasters, force majeure acts (including earthquakes, volcanoes, severe storms, floods, etc.), political maneuverings (such as war, border closures, etc.), terrorism or threats of terrorism, or acts of third parties (including but not limited to, hotels canceling reservations, etc.) In such case, payment is non-refundable, however, you will be given a credit to attend a future program or reschedule upon availability. A cancellation due to your breach of the Agreement will be deemed a cancellation by you.
All services are non-exchangeable. However, in the eventuality of a special exception at Neten’s sole discretion, a conversion fee of 15% will be deducted from the total amount paid in the initial booking.
If you cancel your IN-PERSON service: your payment is non-refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing (email). Deposits are non-refundable too.
If you cancel your ONLINE service: If cancellation/rescheduling is necessary from your side, we require that you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Online appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. Be advised that your cancellation/rescheduling does not guarantee you will be able to re-book an appointment within the same week. We advise that at the same time of your cancellation, you also reserve your new preferred appointment time by booking a new appointment immediately. Once we have scheduled an appointment time, and you have completed your payment exchange, this confirms your session or package. Appointments canceled or missed at the last minute without prior notice will incur a cancellation charge of the full cost of the session.
Alterations of Cancellations by us
Neten and her representatives reserve the right to cancel, alter, or modify any service without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to the safety and comfort of clients or for circumstances of Force Majeure, which is defined in this Agreement. The Services may be modified or substituted, and the order in which places will be visited, rescheduled, postponed, or delayed. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible if, prior to the start date, if we make a significant change because of a problem and will offer you some available substitutions.
A full refund of any service IS NOT possible in any circumstance unless decided by Neten at her sole discretion.
In such case, deposits, taxes, processing and/or cancellation fees will be deducted from the total amount.
If you miss or do not utilize the services booked, we will not offer you any discounts or refunds. When you become ill, before or during your participation (or if you show symptoms of or test positive for infectious diseases), or if a third party refuses to provide services, such as being denied boarding, we are not liable, liable, or liable to compensate you in any way. Any unused portion of a service will not be refunded once it begins, including, but not limited to, leaving the service for any reason, missing the start date and activity, or being removed from the facility.
T&C International retreats
These international retreats are designed for a small number of attendees, allowing a deeper connection and a more intimate experience. This cancellation policy is in place to support all of us in sharing expenses that could arise from unforeseen changes. Please keep in mind that for me to secure the hotels, guide, tours, activities, etc I have to pay in advance, thus the reason for the non-refundable deposit.
TO SECURE YOUR SPOT YOU NEED TO PAY 1500 USD (before tax) DEPOSIT.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON.
Payments do not include VAT tax.
Deposits are transferable to another new attendee found and assigned by the original attendee.
Full balance is due 90 days or earlier before the start date of the retreat.
Cancellation requests submitted after the balance due date and before and including 30 days before the retreat start date, 50% of the total amount (less the deposit) will be refunded.
Within 29 days of your retreat there are no refunds given, no exceptions.
Any refunds allowed will incur a 13% processing fee.
Payments are done through Tilopay in USD (US dollar).
If you have secured your spot by paying the deposit on a partner platform, you will have to complete the due payment 90 days before the retreat day through the invoice sent to your direct email address. For the remaining payment due, tax is added.
Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early.
We encourage you to purchase travel insurance and/or trip cancellation so that your trip fees will be covered should you or your partner/friend have a medical problem before your trip while on the trip or during the retreat.
Neten Center reserves the right to cancel retreats with insufficient participant interest, in which case all money paid to Neten Center will be refunded. Notification of cancellation for this reason will occur at least 2 months before the retreat start date.
Neten Center cannot be held responsible for any lost item, or personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.
Forms of Payment
All payments are done by debit/credit card or cash (cash payment can be done only upon written approval) via the website through Tilopay or bank transfer. Prices are in US dollars, and all payments must be made in US dollars. VAT tax and processing fees apply to all purchases. Bookings for which a deposit or payment has already been made are locked into the original price and cannot be modified. Payments for which a deposit has been made through third-party booking providers must be completed within 30 days of the service start date and must include VAT tax and processing fees. You agree not to file a chargeback with your credit or debit card company if you are not satisfied with our services. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible experience, and we take pride in our work. By signing this agreement, you agree to work with us in good faith and if you feel that our services do not meet your expectations, please contact us first, so we can do our best to resolve the issue.
Limits of responsibility
Neten and its representatives are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any participants' belongings. Nor are we responsible for the loss or damage of valuables or other items left in or at facilities operated by Neten, including, but not limited to, hotels, expedition vehicles, sightseeing sites, and other locations. Any information provided to you is purely advisory and provided as a courtesy and Neten is not responsible for any errors or omissions as to any such information provided. If you are unable to attend an in-person service due to expired or missing travel documentation, you will be responsible for any expenses incurred in rectifying the situation. You will not be reimbursed or refunded any amounts if you are unable to attend according to the cancellation terms stated in this Agreement. All prices DO NOT INCLUDE airfare; costs of obtaining passports and visas; excess baggage charges, laundry, communication methods, airport taxes, additional services/activities (other than what is listed for the in-person services). You are responsible for paying for travel to and from the facility for any in-person service booked, Neten and its representatives can assist in making such arrangements as a courtesy to you.
Health and Medical
You are obliged to inform us in writing if you have any physical conditions, dietary restrictions, or other pre-existing medical conditions that require special attention during your booking process (intake forms). In the event that any specific medical care is needed while you participate in an in-person service, Neten and its representatives assume no responsibility for providing such medical care. You will be solely responsible for any and all medical care and related transportation, if any, provided to you. Neten does not provide any assurances or warranties regarding the availability of medical facilities or standards of care. We reserve the right, at your sole expense, to deny participation in any in-person activity or in any services as a result of a medical condition that would make your participation a hazard for you or others, or any other legal reason. We emphasize safety as the highest priority.

Denial of Participation
Neten reserves the right to deny participation to anyone that Neten, in its sole discretion, judges to be incapable of meeting the rigors and requirements, violates the terms in this Agreement, or whose actions or behavior it judges unsuitable for the activities. Neten reserves the right to dismiss a participant at any time before, during, or after a program if he or she becomes dangerous or harmful to Neten or her representatives, to self or others, if he or she causes property damage (which implies that they will have to cover the full cost of what was damaged). Neten reserve the right to dismiss a participant at any time before, during, or after a program if he or she breaks the law, if he or she does not pay accordingly for the program or services provided, or if he or she partakes in drugs or alcohol during workshop hours.
If a participant is dismissed, absolutely no refunds will be given. The decision is final on all matters that may threaten the safety or interfere with the well-being of others or of the staff. Any costs resulting from being declined participation are at your expense.
Complaints and Claims
If you have any issues or questions, promptly notify us so that we can try to address them. After completion of the service booked, if you wish to make a claim, submit a complaint, or request reimbursement for any reason, you must do so via email to email@example.com not later than 30 days after the services’ completion. Any and all supporting documentation to the claim or complaint must accompany the email. Any claim or complaint received by Neten SRL after this deadline will not be accepted or reviewed.
You agree that these terms, booking conditions, and agreement shall be interpreted according to the laws of Costa Rica. Jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of, in connection with, or relating to this Agreement and/or the transactions and relationships among the parties contemplated by this Agreement shall be filed exclusively in the courts of Costa Rica. It is your responsibility to carefully read the terms of this Agreement. Neten SRL reserves the right to update and/or alter this Agreement at any time and will notify you if we alter the terms and conditions that apply to your Services.
